Now out of everything that could be known in the universe, how much of it do we suppose to actually know. We know what we know, and we know what we don’t know. For instance, we know that this is Sunday. That’s something we know we know. There’s something else there’s something called Astrobiology Science that’s something we know we don’t know. That is where most people spend their whole life trying to get ahead in life by taking something from the domain that they know they don’t know and moving it over to what they know. Somehow people live their whole life in these two domains, but they miss there’s a whole another domain. It’s out there. It’s what we don’t know and don’t even know that we don’t know.

What is it? We haven't even considered it. What is it? We haven't even imagined. What is it? We don't know and don't even know that we don't know right here. We can call that are our blind spots as human beings.

We know, like when we drive a car, we have blind spots, we look in the rear-view mirror, look in the side-view mirror, and even turn our head, but there’s a spot back there. We can’t see those are called our blind spots. Two things about that, one that’s where all the trouble comes from, second, it’s where all the breakthrough thinking comes from. It’s from that domain that we don’t know and don’t even know we don’t know what we haven’t considered yet we’re going to have the opportunity to discover our blind spots in life. On both sides of it, we eliminate the blind spots and eliminate what limits us in our lives.

While we discover our blind spots, we get to think in a way we’ve never thought of before in our lives. That’s where the breakthroughs come from. That’s where transformation happens.

On the very first occasion, when all of us rode a bicycle successfully without collapsing, we didn’t notice in that way. What we did notice is we distinguished balance. From then on, it wasn't essential to first distinguish balance before riding the bicycle again, we got on and rode. Balance, once distinguished, is a permanent effect. And, once we'd distinguished balance, riding the bike and everything else in the entire physical universe, for that matter, create a — new realm of possibility.

The very first moment, when we distinguish the domain of integrity as honoring our word―a condition of being whole and complete, and a necessary condition for workability and actionable access to high-performance. And once we did identify integrity as honoring our word, living and life itself created a ― new realm of possibility. In which integrity plays a focal role.

Although both are grounded distinctions: integrity doesn't affect like permanent balance. It's not in its nature. Unlike balance, we must generate integrity again and again, over and over, and on every single occasion.

Once having distinguished the balance and from then on, never losing it. We know the cost of being out of balance. We don’t have to generate balance over and over again, balance effects like permanent. Once having distinguished the integrity and from then on, never losing it. We know the cost of being out of integrity―failing to honor our word. We ought to reduce ourselves as a person of integrity and reduce being whole and complete, creating unworkability. We have to generate integrity over and over again. As integrity declines, workability declines. This is how it is with integrity.

Integrity is a stand we freely and ongoingly choose to exercise. It’s not a pre-conditioned behavior. Integrity doesn’t imprint like balance. The good news is: we're human beings: we can always generate integrity.

Any authentic conversation for transformation being cause in the matter is at the forefront and center stage. In the matter of living a transformed life, it’s more than simply we’re in charge of our own life. We already know that. It’s we’re cause in the matter of our own life.

Taking on being cause in the matter isn’t conventional. It requires taking a huge step, an unreasonable step, a radical step, an unconventional step. It is a place from which to deal with life that we have chosen for ourselves. It simply says, “we can count on us (and, us can count on us) to look at and deal with life from the perspective of my being cause in the matter.

In taking this stand, we give up the right to assign cause to the circumstances, or to others, or to the waxing and waning of our state of mind – all of which leave us helpless and at the effect of. At the same time, taking a stand does not prevent us from holding others responsible. We assert it’s our life, and we caused it. It leaves us with power in dealing with any situation.
